After having a roof installed by Roofing By Curry I will not recommend them to any one, specially neighbors. You can get the same quality work or better, for a lot less money. IMHO

EDIT: June 2025 After re-stuccoing my house for the 2nd time in December and re-roofing the garage. My garage still has a huge leak and the ceiling will need to be replaced. They came out 40 days ago and they've been MIA since then. I'm so disappointed... My roof has been an ongoing issue since it was installed 5 years ago. Now, it's been leaking for 23 days and after trying to get it repaired to no avail, I have had to contact GAF directly to help. Terrible customer service as well as terrible "workmanship."

Very unprofessional drivers. I need my roof fixed but with the way they drive those big trailers very unsafely and erratically with no respect for rules of the road. If they can not demonstrate basic care and professionalism on the road, how can I be confident they will show the necessary care when working on my property? No thank you.

We had a terrible experience with Curry. After six months of delays, no-shows, and poor communication, we were forced to cancel our gutter installation. They repeatedly failed to meet basic expectations, despite multiple follow-ups. The only bright spots: the installation crews and materials However those are both outsourced and also used by other roofing companies in the area. If you're considering Curry, know that you can get the same quality materials and installers elsewhere, with far better customer service. If you do hire them and are getting a Standing Seam Metal roof, make sure to get up on the roof yourself a few weeks after installation to check for swarf spots (metal shavings left behind that can rust and damage the finish). I’d also strongly recommend getting everything in writing and following up regularly—otherwise, things will fall through the cracks fast. Look elsewhere if you want a company that’s responsive, professional, and reliable.

Not the best company to work with very long process it took them 3 months to complete from the actual tear off till the final sign off. Unorganized with now multiple leaks after the job. Good luck getting ahold of anyone after you cut the final check.

Had estimator come out and he give a quote. Quote was high but the replacement came with a 25 year warranty so we spent the extra money. Crew came out a month later and did the re-roof. We were not happy with some of the flashing work and concerns about reinstalling solar pool heater panels for our pool. I asked about the reinstall and their accounts payable person said she would look into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything back for close to 2 months then get a certified letter for a lein placed on my property. Called them and got the run around. Explained that we were waiting to hear back about the uncompleted work and I was told they don't do that. Payed the balance immediately and it took another 2 months to get the lein release. I would not do business with this company again.

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY..poor service from project supvisor..never called to ask if everything was ok. When we called he kept promising to come out and look at our concerns...took several phone calls to the office for that to happen. The gutters were left full of debris, rain guard bent up, nails on screen enclosure and a hole in one screen. The gutter installers were great tho. After several calls finally project supv came out and had one of his guys do a couple of a long list of items. He never checked back to see if the screen repair company contacted us. We had to check on that to find out that company couldn't do repair and he had to call someone else. The list goes on. The last thing that really made me upset is that they replaced fascia by the super gutter in the back patio. They left a hole between the fascia and the metal of the screen. Project supv decide he will come out to fix after I complained about that and the drip edge above the garage sticking out. He fix drip edge and then jammed a piece of metal between the super gutter and did not secure it to the metal so it serves no purpose. There is still a hole where bugs and rodents can enter. I'm done. Tired of calling..This was not what was promised. Not to mentioned we were overcharged on Fascia..17 LF vs 117 LF thank goodness we paid attention. We paid our invoices and we are done with this. No customer should have to beg a company to do what was agreed to and paid for.

RbC installed a new roof on my house approximately 4 years ago. I sustained minor damage during hurricane Ian. I literally drove to their HQ 3 days after Ian hit to let them know I needed a repair and sent Vicki pictures. She acknowledged receipt of the pictures. It has been over 2 months, I have left multiple messages and have only received a text message regarding repairs for a tile roof (I have asphalt shingles) which I responded to and have still heard nothing. Horrible customer service!! If I could give them no stars I would!!

I was given a bid for a roof replacement and spoke to several representatives of the company prior to commencement of the job… I approved a bid amount, and was never spoken to about extra costs. Upon job completion, I received a bill for more than 20% above the job I agreed to. Completely blindsided. Now the company is threatening to lien my home. Steer away from this company. Highly deceptive business practices.

I was told by Charlie that the flat roof plywood was included because I knew it was rotten and all needed to be replaced.I even told them I wanted someone to come out and go up on the roof due to the amount of damage but that they needed to be careful because if all the rot.Charlie told me they were increasing the pitch for better runoff.Once the roof was done I was hit with a 6000.00 up charge for plywood and stringers.I was told 57 sheets of plywood was replaced, the pictures only showed 38 sheets. The workmanship was ok.the side of my house smells like a urinal still. They should have a portalet for those workers.I Knew there would be extra due at the end Once they got their money they could care less.If you hire them make sure your home to keep an eye on them...protect yourself

Worry, Worry, Worry, when you call Curry! Left with leaks in the roof at the corners of the Chimney. I was told that the hardest part of the re-roof would be at the corners of the Chimney, This area never leaked since I bought our home in 1995. After the re-roof in 2013, the roof stil leaks in the corners of the Chimney. And Curry left me high and wet!, I have constant stains on the ceiling from the leaks. They blamed it on some cracks in the grouting of the faux stone, and ever got GAF to not stand up to my 50 year leak proof gaurantee. Not worth the ink it printed with! The faux stone is not the water barrier, it is the secondary barrier behind it. They must have disrupted the secondary barrier on installation, and then blame it on the faux rock. Thier statements on the home page of their web site are lies. They will not make everything right for every customer. Not a very good Christian company when they leave customers with leaking roofs, and guaranteed that they knew these areas would be the hardest, but would make sure it is done right. Well, 7 years of leaking, and 7 years of a stained ceiling. Please, Please, Worry, Worry, Worry when you call Curry!!!

Many good reviews by people for whom work was done.... but I found them to be the worst customer experience I've had. After waiting the "month or more" I was told I'd have to, and despite the receptionist's promise, Clayton would simply not respond. I forwarded pictures as requested, provided the deposit, and finally got a "Friday" commitment. Friday came and went with no one from Curry, calling, much less showing up- Clayton eventually emailed that they'd get here in about two weeks, and would call "the day they day they would come." In other words, I was being told I was a "fill job," and they'd arrive to fill a cancellation or unexpected vacant slot. No thanks. I called to request a refund on my deposit, and was told "it'd been processed." Still not credited on my account...

This is one of the worst contractors I have ever worked with. Miserable, shoddy work, horrible follow up and terrible customer service. There are many good roofing companies in town. Spare yourself misery and look elsewhere.

Have a new home WCI is builder, Roofing by Curry was the roof contractor. My garage area is leaking terribly, and they said they could come out in 4 weeks for estimate and 3 mos for repair. What a joke, new home

Curry Roofing put a roof on my house 10 years ago. Within 1 year of the roof being installed it started to leak. I was fortunate because the first couple of leaks were in my garage and lanai. By the time the water made it into my living space I was already screwed. I called Curry to see if they would stand behind their work. They sent Jay here who informed me it was not the material at fault but improper installation. After chasing Jay down for over a month he came back and offered to fix my roof if I paid for it. I told him I would appreciate it if he spoke to his boss and get back to me with a better offer. I never heard from them again. Today another roofing company is replacing my entire roof along with at least a dozen sheets of rotted plywood. Then i get to have two ceilings repaired in my house. Thanks Curry.
