I liked all of the above except for the fact that their bid was the highest out of 5 I called. I chose Curry basically because of their Rep Clayton. He projected an air of calm, no pressure, & class. He explained the process of roofing thoughly and answered my questions regardless of how naive they were. He promptly returned my calls or texts. The whole staff were great, from reception to end. Big thank you to Suzie and her responses to my many emails! I want to also give a big Thank You to Chad, my field supervisor. His friendlyness, expertise, and knowledge about roofing left me feeling comfortable throughout the whole process. I liked the timeline photographs! Thank you Roofing by Curry! 🏠😄

Many good reviews by people for whom work was done.... but I found them to be the worst customer experience I've had. After waiting the "month or more" I was told I'd have to, and despite the receptionist's promise, Clayton would simply not respond. I forwarded pictures as requested, provided the deposit, and finally got a "Friday" commitment. Friday came and went with no one from Curry, calling, much less showing up- Clayton eventually emailed that they'd get here in about two weeks, and would call "the day they day they would come." In other words, I was being told I was a "fill job," and they'd arrive to fill a cancellation or unexpected vacant slot. No thanks. I called to request a refund on my deposit, and was told "it'd been processed." Still not credited on my account...

Great service from Curry! Very hard working crew of 2 who showed me the previous vent that was installed incorrectly. The first roofing company said there was no leak and Clayton from Curry found it immediately!!
