Had occasion to have Jay on site to evaluate and answer a question. Again, his customer skills were great. He is always professional and answers all questions. The young gentleman that assessed our repairs was very courteous and polite. Applying great customer skills he carefully listened to the description of the problem. I would recommend this company.
