The project manager came to my home and met with me personally and; sent pictures, since I was away much of the time, to let me know the status of the project. The installers actually work for the company and are not externally contracted for specific projects. They confirmed the multi-year guarantee for their work. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking at roof repair or roof replacement.
