Roofing by Curry just replaced our tile roof last month. I was given an accurate estimate of the time required. The workmen were good about cleaning up after themselves each day. The supervisor assigned to our project, Mark Oliver, was easy to reach with questions and kept us informed. Our estimate by Jason Bileth was only off due to plywood which needed replacement aside from our allocation. We are very pleased.

I called Roofing by Sanders to inspect the soffit underneath the tile roof. It looks filthy and stained with black spots and appears there is a leak coming from the tile roof, On December 20, 2020, Mr. Richard Sanders came over and inspected the tile roof as well as the soffit underneath. He said the black spots that have accumulated over time (20 years) are due to condensation and there is no leak coming from the roof. The soffit just needs to be cleaned (soft wash). He did not want to accept payment for the service trip. If you are looking for an honest roofing company for your roof repairs, I am recommending "Roofing by Curry."
